We are people from the beautiful "Ländeken" (country) in and around the small village of Kossin in Brandenburg. Our association aims to engage in charitable work that transcends political, religious, and national boundaries. Given the increasing isolation and uncertainty caused by disasters and crises, social contact is lost. We want to counteract this. Even if the creative fields are limited, a lot is possible and achievable in the long term. In addition to preserving the local heritage, there are community-building activities that are important to us.
We also help refugees and disaster victims to the best of our ability. Through our personal presence, we ensure that 100% of the aid and donations entrusted to us reach those in need. Examples of our activities can be found under the following campaigns.
Cossin Care's first mission in 2022 was a delivery of relief supplies to a church in Poland, which had taken in a large number of Ukrainian refugees during that time and was very grateful for our support. This was immediately followed by another delivery of relief supplies to an organization in Krakow, which served as a first point of contact for refugees from Ukraine and could use any support (both financial and material).
Further trips in 2022 and 2023 then went directly to the western part of Ukraine, where a large number of internally displaced people were temporarily housed. They needed all the help they could get and gratefully accepted it.
